Project Description

The Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training Facilities project consisted of a new 60,000 SF dormitory and administration building, an 8,000 SF additional to the existing major league clubhouse. The dormitory building houses 168 players, staff and coaches, offices for the head office during Spring Training, offices for full time Bradenton staff, game room, activity room and several board rooms.

The Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training facilities were built on an aggressive 9 month schedule. The project began in May of 2007 and was completed, on time and on budget, by February of 2008 in time for Spring Training.
