Mr. Esporrin is the Chief Financial Officer as well as a Senior Vice President with NDC Construction Company and has over thirty-four years experience in the construction industry. He has held positions of increasing responsibility ranging from Project Accountant, Corporate Controller, and V.P. of Finance up to Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded contractor with annual revenues in excess of two billion dollars. Mr. Esporrin will have oversight responsibilities for all financial services, analysis and related policies, risk evaluation and strategies to aid in the future growth and direction of NDC Construction Company.

GETTING IT DONE ... WITH HOUSING THAT IS NEEDED! Our Woodwinds project in Clermont, Florida near Citrus Tower Boulevard and South Grand Highway is a big deal for many reasons. The biggest of which -- is the fact that it will really help this community. It has been Fifteen years since the last affordable-housing project was completed in Clermont, a fast-growing bedroom community of Orlando. So, we are very proud that the project is filling a big need in the area The property will have four, three-story, garden-style residential buildings, plus one clubhouse. Fifteen percent (15%) of the units will be set aside for tenants earning forty percent (40%) or less of the area median income (“AMI”), and eighty-five percent (85%) of the units will be set aside for tenants earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the AMI. In addition, 50% of the units (48 units) will be set aside for Homeless tenants, as that term is defined in Florida Statutes #NDCgettingitdone.
