Getting it done ... in the community

A passion for service is one of our cornerstones.

We reach out to the communities where we live and work, donating our resources – both our time and our dollars. We bring a long history of support and involvement in our communities. Internally, we foster a culture of work/life balance with our employees and encourage their involvement in civic and philanthropic service. We pride ourselves on making a difference – both as a strong, trustworthy company and as activists for our communities.

The biggest of which -- is the fact that it will really help this community. It has been Fifteen years since the last affordable-housing project was completed in Clermont, a fast-growing bedroom community of Orlando. So, we are very proud that the project is filling a big need in the area The property will have four, three-story, garden-style residential buildings, plus one clubhouse. Fifteen percent (15%) of the units will be set aside for tenants earning forty percent (40%) or less of the area median income (“AMI”), and eighty-five percent (85%) of the units will be set aside for tenants earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the AMI. In addition, 50% of the units (48 units) will be set aside for Homeless tenants, as that term is defined in Florida Statutes #NDCgettingitdone.
